Lithuanian Startup EnforceShield Raises €1.7M Seed to Expand in U.S.

EnforceShield raised €1.7 million seed funding to grow its IP management platform in the U.S.

EnforceShield, a Vilnius-based legal tech startup, announced it secured €1.7 million in seed funding on September 15, 2026, to advance its intellectual property lifecycle management platform and expand its U.S. presence through its Tennessee subsidiary. The round was led by Vendep Capital with participation from FIRSTPICK VC.

Founded in 2024 by IP attorney Rytis Rudzinskas, EnforceShield’s platform automates the entire IP enforcement process, including detection, validation, takedown execution, monitoring, and escalation. It operates across digital marketplaces, social media, websites, search engines, and advertising channels.

"We didn’t start with AI and look for a legal workflow. We started with a legal workflow we had already operated at scale — and rebuilt it for autonomous execution," said Rudzinskas. The startup currently serves over 20 enterprise customers and removes more than 33,500 IP violations every month.

According to Vendep Capital’s Investment Manager, Artis Bisers, "AI has made turning service businesses into software a massive opportunity. The value lies in everything after discovery, and EnforceShield handles the entire process in a single system rather than stopping at detection." The seed funding will enhance the platform’s ability to manage repeat offenders, escalations, and complex cases while supporting U.S. market growth.

What's next: EnforceShield plans to use the seed round funding to expand its capabilities and scale its U.S. operations, though specific timelines remain undisclosed.
